Mindstrong Health has secured $14 million for its Smartphone diagnosis innovation. The company has received a funding boost from other investors such as the Optum Ventures, and One Mind Brain Health Impact Fund among others. The Mindstrong Health Company has a vision of using Smartphone technology to help in the diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disorders. The startup is seeking to come up with improved medical procedures for the mentally disabled. It is, therefore, imperative for the company to look for the possible measures to improve the society’s level of awareness to the disease.
So far, the company has come up with a procedure whereby the patient’s brain function is measured by a smartphone on a typing and scrolling pattern. During this process, the doctor is able to perceive the patient’s memory processing speed and function. This innovation has with time proven to be the most reliable global solution to the disorder. Mindstrong Health’s primary mission is to try and make the society understand the challenges undergone by patients of cognitive health disorders. The company, therefore, calls upon the community to take the required measures. Foresite Capital C.E.O quoted the experience and technical leadership of Paul Rick and Tom, to be innovative and can help improve the patient’s outcome.
